What is the League of Ancients? 10 players will be thrusted into the Ancient Realm tile set map where they will engage in a 5v5 team battle. The map has two sides, the Luminous and the Dark Souls. The goal of the game is to destroy the base of the opposing team. There are many layers of complexity to this. The map is large and focused on controlling lanes. Each lane leads to the opposing team's base, which is guarded by waves of enemy turrets. The jungle and river surrounding these lanes can be used to hunt powerful creatures, escape, ambush and navigate the map covertly.
There are three game modes.
A normal match. League of Ancients has a game mode called Normal Match. Normal matches is the base of all other game modes. It is a 5v5 experience. If players did not win the game, they won't lose their rank titles. The mode is suitable for beginners who are new to the game. You can choose any hero to play with. You can't have more than one hero on your team. The opposing team can pick the hero that is on your team.
The match is called NFT. NFT Match is a seasonal game mode that runs for a specific period of time. You will be competing with other players. As long as they have a certain number of NFT skins, players will have access to play all the heroes. The titles from lowest to highest are the Royal Knight, Duke, Arch-Duke, Lord, and Overlord. Overlord is for the best of the worst. If you win a Ranked match, you will get in-game currency. Compared to a normal match, the amount of in-game currency will be higher.
There are tournaments. In-game tournaments are a feature of the game. The League of Ancients will be watching it. 5% of the total registration fee collected will be used to cover the administration of the tournament. The teams will compete for the total prize pool.
