We have a problem today. Science funding is slow and bureaucratic. It is often controlled by the government or large corporations. Changing that is one of the goals of SCIENTIA. The ultimate goal of the project is to establish a trust. Basic research will be supported by the SCIENTIA Trust.
The long-term goal of the Trust is to benefit Science and the community through its token. The SCIENTIA token entered the space in October of 2021.
The decision by the community to stop rebasing the token at the beginning of the year was the reason why the token was no longer elastic.
A transaction tax of 9.42% is applied to all transactions. The transaction tax is split three ways. The rest of the transaction tax goes to science funding. At the end of each funding cycle, a decision is made on the use of the science funding budget. It's possible that this is a direct call for projects to be funded or funding via other funding agencies. Over time, the community of SCIENTIA will return to its holders.
If you want to support the idea of SCIENTIA and be part of the community, you need to educate yourself about the project, and only buy the token if you fully understand it. This is not the intention of the company, so don't speculate with them for profit.
